Weltladen, Switzerland:
On 25 January, "Claro fairtraide weltladen" (member and supporter of Sambhali Switzerland) organized a soup day with help from other people and children of religious education. Biscuits were made and sold by the children. Soup and pasta was sold. Sambhali Switzerland board members Rahel and Natalie were present with information and sold products of Sambhali Boutique. Big success!
The table sets with block-printing pictures from Sambhali Boutique were colored by the children and 40 pieces were sold!
"Good Touch, Bad Touch":
We are not only teaching the girls to say “NO!” to bad touch but also how to deal with traumatic experiences they may already have gone through.
Thank you to Sonja Wolfensberger for everything she has done to support this cause and for taking all the initiative in making this project successful.
The 'Personal Bodyguard' workshop developed by Sambhali Trust is held as a follow up workshop to the 'Good Touch, Bad Touch' workshop. We use various approaches, such as neuro linguistic programming, visualisation techniques, and yoga to encourage the development of a strong self. This workshop is designed to ensure that any suffering from traumatic experiences is greatly reduced.
